1-on-2 personal training makes it possible for you and a friend, or other compatible partner, to work toward similar goals under the guidance of a Certified Personal Trainer. The objective is to encourage you to exercise properly and achieve your goals with the support of a partner. Your shared training sessions will be fun and motivational. You and your partners determination will result in gaining accountability and inspire one another in ways you never thought possible.
